Tracy has 15+ years experience working with children, adolescents, and families in various capacities including the non-profit, education, and health sectors. She has worked with individuals who present with diverse social, emotional, and behavioral concerns and has extensive experience with child development, behaviour challenges, and parenting support. She is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and families who are facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, behaviour challenges, emotional regulation, and sexuality. Her goal is to work with clients to set personal and educational goals, develop positive self-identity, and establish meaningful relationships.
My Approach
Tracy uses a trauma informed, integrated approach drawing from Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, to help individuals struggling with a variety of concerns.
About Me
Tracy is a Certified Canadian Counsellor and holds a master degree in Counselling Psychology from Memorial University. She is a member in good standing with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. The fee for a 50-minute session with Tracy is $140. Receipts are provided for insurance reimbursements/tax purposes. Your session may be covered by insurance under clinical counselling and/or naturopath provider categories.
