What I Can Help With
Michelle Rabelo is the Assessment Client Care Coordinator for the clinic and is often the first friendly point of contact for new clients looking to complete a psychological assessment. She helps guide clients through the assessment process, from their initial inquiry to connecting with the right clinician and throughout the assessment journey. Michelle is happy to answer questions, explain what to expect, help with next steps, coordinate scheduling, and support clients through the intake process. Her goal is to make the experience feel clear, welcoming, and as seamless as possible from the very beginning.
About Me
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Family & Community Social Services and an Associate Degree in Social Service Work from the University of Guelph-Humber. She brings a rich background in both administrative support and mental health services, combining strong organizational skills with a genuine passion for helping others. Michelle enjoys creating meaningful connections and finding ways to make processes feel a little easier, especially when someone is navigating something new.
My Approach
Michelle brings warmth, compassion, and organization to every client interaction. With a background in social services and mental health administration, she understands that reaching out for mental health support can sometimes feel overwhelming. She strives to make each interaction approachable and ensure clients have the information they need to feel comfortable and confident moving forward. Whether answering a question, coordinating an appointment, or helping a client navigate the next step, Michelle takes a thoughtful, client-first approach. She believes that accessing mental health services should feel supportive and straightforward, with clear communication along the way.
