What I Can Help With

Katia works with teens (14+), adults and individuals who are seeking balance, self-understanding, and emotional well-being. She offers a supportive space to explore life transitions, relationships, identity, stress, grief, and personal growth. Katia also offers relationship counselling and is trained in the Gottman Method, an evidence-based approach to supporting relationships. Her work focuses on helping partners build understanding, improve communication, and create healthier, more connected relationships. For questions about rates or coverage, please contact Katia directly at katia@reposewellnessnl.com

My Approach

Katia’s approach is warm, trauma-informed, and deeply person-centred. She focuses on building genuine therapeutic relationships where individuals feel heard, valued, and supported in exploring their inner world at their own pace. Katia brings empathy, curiosity, and professionalism to each session, recognizing each person's unique strengths, and experiences.

About Me

Katia holds a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Memorial University of Newfoundland, a background that supports her understanding of people, relationships, and the social environments that shape them. Outside of her ongoing studies and clinical work, Katia enjoys reading, spending time with her two dogs, walking, and morning coffees.
