About Me
Alex has completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She has spent several years working in the community sector, supporting families and children with diverse abilities, and helping to create stronger connections and relationships. Along with this, she holds a Master’s degree in Applied Social Psychology, giving her both practical experience and a solid research background to draw from in her work with clients. Alex takes a person-centered, strengths-based approach to counselling. She knows that taking the first step can feel overwhelming, and believes that the relationship between counsellor and client is the key to real growth and healing. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where people feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their own unique paths forward. “The hardest part is getting started—come see me, and let’s do this together!”
