What I Can Help With
I work with individuals who want to feel more in control of their emotions, heal from past wounds, and create meaningful change in their lives. Together, we focus on managing anxiety, improving relationships, and building self-awareness in a way that feels grounded and empowering. I specialize in supporting neurodiverse individuals and men’s mental health, creating a compassionate space where you can heal, build resilience, and grow. You don’t have to navigate this alone. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, I’m here to walk alongside you.
My Approach
My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, blending EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), among other methods.
About Me
Welcome, I’m glad you’re here. Starting therapy takes courage, and I know how overwhelming it can feel to find the right fit. Whether you’re navigating trauma, exploring your identity, managing neurodivergence, or struggling with emotional connection, you deserve to feel understood and supported. When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me gardening, curled up with a good book, hiking the trails with my two rescue dogs, or getting in a workout at the gym. These moments of movement, reflection, and connection help ground me and I love encouraging clients to discover what brings them balance and strength in their own lives.
