Julia Loder

What I Can Help With
Julia supports the paediatric population (children and youth) in developing the skills, confidence, and independence they need to participate in the meaningful activities that make up daily life. Her work is grounded in evidence-based practice, compassion, and a personalized approach that honours each person’s unique goals.
My Approach
Julia takes a neurodiversity-affirming, play-based approach, drawing on children’s strengths and interests to build skills in meaningful, engaging ways. She highly values movement in both her personal and professional life, often incorporating active, functional play into her sessions to support development and regulation. As a new mom, Julia understands the importance of warmth, connection, and collaboration with families. Julia listens closely to caregivers and works together with them to create shared goals that are meaningful, achievable, and tailored to the child and family’s unique needs. The fee for a 50-minute session is $140. Receipts are provided for insurance reimbursements/tax purposes. Check with your insurance plan to see if they cover occupational therapy services.
