Jordan Sullivan is the Client Care Coordinator for the clinic. She is the primary point of contact for incoming client inquiries and will support in connecting clients with the appropriate clinician for their needs. During her Master’s, Jordan completed a workplace practicum with Memorial University’s Faculty of Medicine. She produced trauma-informed knowledge translation resources designed for primary care providers and patients alike. This experience reinforced her passion for patient education. She believes in the importance of strong patient-provider relationships and equitable access to clear information, allowing individuals to better understand their health and advocate for themselves.

Alongside her academic background, Jordan volunteers with Easter Seals NL, supporting participants with disabilities through their recreation programs, promoting physical ability, independence, and self-esteem. In addition, Jordan volunteers with the Girl Guides of Canada as a Unit Guider, encouraging children to explore their interests and develop skills in a fun environment. These experiences have shaped Jordan’s belief that no single approach exists for learning and growth. Everyone thinks, learns, and responds differently.
