What I Can Help With
Kaitlyn Hollett is a compassionate, down-to-earth therapist who brings warmth, curiosity, and a steady presence into every session. She works with teens (12+), adults, and relationships, offering both in-person and virtual therapy. Clients often come to Kaitlyn feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to start, and her gentle, client-led approach helps them feel safe enough to explore even the most vulnerable parts of themselves.
My Approach
Her sessions are collaborative, trauma-informed, and paced with care. Whether navigating trauma, burnout, identity, neurodivergence, or relationship challenges, Kaitlyn creates a space that feels grounded, non-judgmental, and deeply respectful. Her style is relational, non-pathologizing, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when all parts of us are welcomed. Kaitlyn draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, emotion-focused therapy, and somatic and psychodynamic influences. She specializes in trauma recovery, building self-trust, and supporting neurodivergent clients and all relationships. Her goal is always to help clients feel more at home in themselves.
About Me
Outside of therapy, Kaitlyn is a lifelong learner, adores her three cats, and loves cozy comforts. She’s passionate about helping people reconnect with their inner strength, step into self-compassion, and feel less alone.
